The Typhoon in Taiwan cause serious internet, telephone outage.
There was a very strong Typhoon in Taiwan, cause a lot of internet and telephone outage. As the report says, about 65 thousands telephone outage, and 220 thousands internet disconnected, so you can not even use 3G/4G. Also about 2000 mobile network station outage. This is the worst situation ever in the history.
